Dietary Aide and Server

The dietary aide / server will assist in preparing, serving and cleaning up after meal services. As well as greeting rehabilitation patients and residents who choose to enjoy their meals in the dining room. Set tables, take food orders and bus tables. Ability to understand menu items and answer questions. Must adhere to all sanitation and food-handling protocols. Strong interpersonal skills a must. This position has flexible hours and requires a high school education or equivalent required. One year of dietary experience in a hospital setting, skilled nursing facility or related medical center is preferred. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Receptionist

Ideal candidate must be able to manage the front desk by answering a multi-line phone system, assist residents and their guests and complete data entry projects. Knowledge of various office equipment a must. Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills and have a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, days and weekends is required. Part-time opening available. Admission Director

Plan, organize, develop and operate the Admission Department in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations, standards, guidelines and facility policy. Acquire the necessary and appropriate information to facilitate the admission of individuals to the facility from the hospital setting, home or other facility and complete necessary paperwork. Coordinate with the Social Service Director in organizing and developing plans to meet individual resident needs, in coordination and conjunction with overall facility goals. A bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. One full-time salaried position is available.

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Provide residents with daily nursing care to ensure they are safe and comfortable and their needs are exceeded. Must follow established departmental policies and procedures in addition to current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Must be able to follow resident care plans and report all changes in conditions to staff nurses. Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with others and treat residents, family members, visitors, personnel, government agencies and the general public with warmth, caring and a professional attitude at all times. Current Nurse Aide Registry in good standing required. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. One full-time (10:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.) and two part-time P.M. shift available.

Housekeeper

Work independently to keep the rehabilitation center free of clutter, spills and garbage in addition to daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areas. Must be able to maintain a calm and caring environment. A high school education or equivalent preferred. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and facility policies. Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN, current CPR certification or certified within 90 days of employment is required. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. One full-time position is available.

RN (Registered Nurse)

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and facility policies. Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN, current CPR certification or certification within 90 days of employment is required. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Two full-time (2:30 - 11:00 p.m.) positions and two part-time A.M. positions are available.
